Did I mention asparagus? It’s everywhere right now. Here are four great ways to cook it:
Grilled Asparagus. I pass them around as an appetizer. Drizzle with thick balsamic or a blend of gochujang and soy if you want to spice things up.
Lamb & Asparagus with Salmoriglio. Don’t worry about trying to pronounce the sauce…just know it’s herby and simple, like a Sicilian chimichurri (like that’s easy to pronounce!).
Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus & Goat Cheese. You barely need a recipe for this one.
