What personal data we collect and why we collect it
The only information collected by Tuesday Recipe is email addresses of subscribers for purposes of distributing the newsletter. Tuesday Recipe will not use or share this information for any other purpose.
Subscribers’ email information is collected and stored by MailChimp and remains until the subscriber elects to unsubscribe. The option to unsubscribe is given at the bottom of every newsletter or you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@tuesdayrecipe.com.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Cookies
Tuesday Recipe uses WordPress as its platform and WordPress uses cookies to make it easier for you to return to a website you have visited. Amazon. If you purchase a cookbook through Tuesday Recipe, you will be directed to amazon.com, which handles all aspects of the transaction, including payment and purchaser information. Please read Amazon’s privacy policy.
PayPal. If you make a donation to Tuesday Recipe, PayPal processes the transaction. PayPal also collects the donor’s name, email, and, optionally, street address, which are provided to Tuesday Recipe. This information is used to thank each donor by email and to send a thank you gift to the street address if it is provided. Please read PayPal’s privacy policy.
European Economic Area (EEA) Residents
If you are a resident of the EEA and you have voluntarily subscribed to Tuesday Recipe, the only personal information collected is your email. Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you may at any time:
